We designed a mobile application that empowers patients to stay connected with their healthcare team through voice, video, and text communication. In addition to facilitating seamless interactions, the app allows patients to manage personal goals, track and manage biometrics, and receive important reminders. Our design approach prioritized accessibility and user-friendliness to ensure that patients of all ages could easily navigate and benefit from the app.

UI/UX Design

Analyzed competing systems and tools to identify best practices and unique features that could inform the design.
Created wireframes to outline core features like machine management, task automation,  and AI report generation. Focused on layout, user flows, and information architecture.
Focused on clean, accessible UI with clear typography, adequate spacing, and visual hierarchies to guide users in performing tasks efficiently. Prioritized professional but approachable aesthetics suited for business use.
Ensured all designs are optimized for multiple devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) to maintain functionality and usability across screen sizes.
Designed a landing page to showcase the platform’s features, benefits, and key selling points, aimed at audit firms and other potential users.
Developed a comprehensive design system with reusable components, such as buttons, forms, icons, and modals, ensuring consistency across the entire platform.

Provided developers with interactive design specs and detailed guides to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision and meets usability standards.
Offering post-launch design support, addressing any usability issues after release and implementing necessary adjustments.

Problem:

Users found the interface overwhelming and difficult to navigate.
The app did not accommodate users with varying abilities or meet modern accessibility standards.
The app’s visual design was dated, affecting user engagement.
Users struggled to locate key features due to unclear navigation paths.

Solution:

A straightforward hierarchical structure with clearly labeled sections  and without deep navigation levels.
Updated design reflecting a modern aesthetic with a clean and minimalist look and new branding.
Accessibility was prioritized by using high-contrast color schemes, tooltips, and readable typography to ensure inclusivity for all users.
