Project Manager

very good knowledge of Polish and English,

you have experience in IT project management,

basic knowledge of project management principles,

you have basic knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure,

willingness to learn and grow - under the guidance of experienced project managers - we will teach you a lot and fast!
What is not necessary but welcome and will make you surprise us in a positive way?

1-2 years of experience as a project manager in the software house,
-
you have a university degree or is in the process of studying IT,
-
you communicate freely in English and Polish (knowledge level - B2),
-
the ability to build relationships,
-
you’re reliable, like to plan your own work and that of others,
-
knowledge of project management principles and methodologies e.g. Agile,
-
familiarity with project/task management software, e.g. Jira, Asana,
-
ease of operation in a dynamic work environment,
-
courage to carry out ambitious projects.
What will be the scope of your tasks?
-
coordination of interesting, innovative technological projects,
-
pre-collection of requirements,
-
operation with teams of developers, designers and testers,
-
monitoring the implementation of the schedule,
-
planning and availability of needed specialists and overseeing team time,
-
reporting,
-
support in building and maintaining customer relationships,
-
conducting presentations and demonstrations.
