Junior Project Manager
We are implementing new and exciting projects, which is why we are looking for an ambitious and well-organized person. You do not need to have experience in the IT industry—what is important is good work organization, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.

basic knowledge of project management principles,

basic knowledge in the area of software development and IT infrastructure,

willingness to learn and develop - under the guidance of experienced project managers, we will teach you a lot and quickly!
Nice to have:

minimum 1 year of experience working in a software house or 2-5 years of experience in a non-IT industry in team management at the managerial level or in team coordination,

higher education or student status (IT or other technical fields welcome),

ability to build relationships and strong communication skills, enabling effective cooperation with both the team and the client,

reliability and ability to plan your own and your team's work,
-
experience in managing budgets, scope, and project schedules,
-
knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, e.g., Agile,
-
knowledge of project and task management tools, e.g., Jira, Asana,
-
ability to work freely in a dynamic work environment,

courage in implementing ambitious projects.
Your responsibilities:

coordinating interesting, innovative technology projects,
-
initial requirements gathering,
-
cooperating with teams of developers, designers, and testers,
-
monitoring schedule implementation,
-
controlling project budgets,
-
planning the availability of necessary specialists and supervising the team's working time,
-
reporting,
-
supporting the development and maintenance of customer relationships,
-
supporting the implementation of new systems,
-
cooperating with other company departments and management.
