Junior Project Manager
The Junior Project Manager ensures that the project is implemented on time and according to plan. She/he leads the team step-by-step to the desired goals, organizes and facilitates the work of programmers, designers and testers, cooperates and takes care of the relationship with the client.

Very good knowledge of Polish nad English in speech and writing,

Basic knowledge of project management principles,

What is not necessary but welcome and will make you surprise us in a positive way?

You have experience in project management (not necessarily technological),
-
You have basic knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure,
-
You have 2 - 3 years of experience working in IT or other industry as a team leader,

You have a university degree or is in the process of studying IT,
-
You communicate freely in English and Polish (knowledge level: B2),

Can build relationships and it gives him/her pleasure,
-
You’re reliable, like to plan your own work and that of others.
What will be the scope of your tasks?

Coordination of interesting, innovative technological projects,

Pre-collection of requirements,
-
Cooperation with teams of developers and testers,
-
Monitoring the implementation of the schedule,

Supervising team time,
-
Reporting,
-
Support in building and maintaining relations with customers,

Conducting presentations and demonstrations,
-
Support in the implementation of new systems.
